AI Screen Action Analysis

A business conversation isn’t just about the words and tones exchanged, there are a whole host of other actions that have to happen in parallel to and after the call, such as tracking the results in the CRM. Now Second Nature will analyze your trainees’ role play videos and score them based on the actions they completed, in comparison with a previously recorded gold standard.

Multi-company Management for Resellers and BPOs

Admins who manage training for multiple companies, such as resellers and Business Process Outsourcers, can now define themselves as parent companies and scale more smoothly. Features include multi-company admin level and seamless switching between child accounts, streamlining permissions management and enabling centralized reporting, performance tracking, and course distribution.
