Wow, doesn’t time fly? Can you believe that the summer is over and fall is upon us? The temperature might be dropping, but sales should keep rising. It’s the perfect time to get cosy with some AI training updates.
AI role play training just got even more flexible and enterprise-ready. Trainees can enter three links: the offering, the target buyer, and a competitor, and Second Nature will automatically build an AI role play based on them. Content creators can build one role-play that can serve multiple teams and products while keeping their evaluation criteria consistent across all of them. They also have the option to stipulate certain URLs, e.g. a product or competitor, or to keep it completely open, letting trainees select all three for their practice sessions.
Second Nature is now HIPAA compliant, adding to our long-standing commitment to security with SOC 2 and GDPR. We are committed to handling our customers’ Protected Health Information (PHI) with the highest safeguards. We partnered with expert counsel, implemented rigorous controls, and further strengthened processes like encryption, role-based access, and third-party audits in order to ensure we meet these strict standards for protecting sensitive data. For a full overview, please contact your customer success representative.
We’ve upgraded our existing persona mood settings with a richer set of characters. Trainees can choose what type of character they want to practice with, keeping scenarios realistic, varied, and challenging. It’s a smarter way to customize practice and avoid repetition.
The AI Assistant just got smarter. It now draws on company-level training data, so it already knows your products, competitors, and customers when you want to set up a new AI role play. That means role plays are faster to set up, richer in context, and more relevant, without any extra effort.
In case you missed it: The AI Assistant was launched last quarter to make role-play creation quick and easy. Just describe a scenario or upload your existing content like a sales deck or a web page, and our AI generates a full role play in minutes, ready to preview, refine, and share.
Global training has never been this accessible! Create a role play in your native language, then leave it to our AI to adapt the conversations and analysis into any of our 27 supported languages. Enterprises save time by creating one scenario that flexes across regions, products, and teams, ensuring consistent training everywhere. (Coming October 2025.)
What’s more, we’ve added 16 (that’s right, 16!) new languages this quarter: Arabic (UAE), Bulgarian, Chinese (Mandarin), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Finnish, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Swedish, and Turkish.
