Our CEO, Ariel Hitron, recently shared his wisdom about sales coaching in the leading sales publication Selling Power. Drawing on his years of experience working in sales, along with his work with clients of Second Nature, Ariel revealed 5 great tips for bringing sales coaching up a level to boost sales revenue.

Our own research showed that 96% of sales employees agree or strongly agree that good sales coaching can improve sales performance, but that doesn’t mean that it’s always easy to get it right. Far too many companies use ad hoc sales training whenever they feel it’s necessary, instead of setting up a well-considered sales coaching strategy.
