Wow, this has been quite a year!
It’s almost the end of 2021, which is a good time for us to put on our rose-tinted glasses, play some nostalgic music, and look back at all the achievements and excitement that Second Nature enjoyed in the past 12 months.
2021 wasn’t an easy year for anybody, but along with the challenges of a second year of COVID-19, we also saw a lot of positive events and hit more than a few milestones.
Our CEO, Ariel Hitron, shared the (mostly virtual) stage with the top sales enablement and sales training superstars to discuss a better way to train and coach sales teams on many webinars and virtual events. Here are a few of the highlights!
Ariel teamed up with Selling Power’s Gerhard Gschwandtner to discuss tactics for delivering real-time visibility for sales managers and empowering sales employees with more confidence.
Mike Fisher from Zoom joined Ariel at the Sales Enablement Soiree, where they discussed hybrid sales coaching and scaling up sales certification. Ariel returned for another Soiree to present a customer case study with Susan Greenberg from SAP who shared her pro tips about virtual sales coaching.
Wrapping up the year wouldn’t be complete without the Sales Enablement Society Experience. Ariel shared the stage with Check Point’s Sagy Kratu who delved into the ‘lessons learned’ from 1000’s of Check Point Reps who prepare for sales calls with Second Nature’s AI simulations.

2021 saw Second Nature develop in many ways. As a rapidly expanding startup we quickly outgrew our original Tel Aviv offices and moved into a bigger space, not too far away, but with much more space for our expanding team of employees.
All that space was put to good use because our roster of customers keeps getting longer too. We’re proud that we’re working with leading enterprises that include: SAP, Check Point, Zoom, Digital AI, Lookout, and many more. Our product team has been hard at work as well, our sales coaching platform is constantly growing and evolving new features and functionality.
A few highlights:
– The new course editor feature provides an easy wizard that streamlines the course creation process. It’s straightforward to customize the course content and add interactive surveys.
– We added a new simulation type aimed primarily at SDRs and BDRs, to help them master the cold pitch call.
– Our head AI sales coach, Jenny, gained some new friends, i.e. new simulation partners. We added several diverse sales training partners for users to interact with, so that they can experience a wider range of prospects who more accurately reflect the real world.
We’re incredibly excited, and more than a little proud, that 2021 brought not one, but three moments when Second Nature was recognized as a leading sales technology solution provider.
Gartner named Second Nature as a Cool Vendor in Conversation Intelligence for B2B sales, placing us alongside well-known leaders like Gong and Chorus.
It didn’t end there. Nancy Nardin, an internationally-recognized authority on sales technology and the founder of the industry site Smart Selling Tools, named Second Nature as a 2021 Top Sales Tool of the Year.
Finally, Second Nature was included in G2’s Top Sales Coaching Software Grid and we were recognized as being a High Performer for our AI sales coaching solution.
There’s no way that Second Nature could have achieved this much in just 12 months without the stellar contributions of a number of people. This is the time and place to say thank-you to our team of dedicated employees, advisors and investors. You’ve all been awesome.
We’re not the kind of people who stop halfway, so you can expect 2022 to bring at least as much good news and exciting developments as 2021. There are some fascinating changes on the way for the company, the product, and for Jenny herself – stay tuned to find out more!
