Role Overview:

As an associate product marketing manager, you’ll support the Product Marketing Lead on all product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and market/customer research, ensuring product-market fit, sales pipeline creation, and growth in expansion. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Updates & Launches: Translate product features into clear messaging and collaborate with product, design, sales, and CS to execute launch rollouts
  • Social & Content Creation: Turn product updates, customer stories, and data into compelling, shareable content. Make short-form videos that highlight our product and optimize for engagement.
  • Email & Newsletter: Draft newsletters, product update emails, and engagement campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support to execute enablement materials.
  • Travel:Represent Second Nature at key customer events and conferences (approx. 10-15% travel)

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3 years of product marketing experience, ideally in SaaS
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Experience creating marketing collateral and enablement tools for sales teams (pretty decks do help)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills , witty sense of humor
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfortable collaborating across functions (sales, CS, product)
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals

Location

For this role, we expect candidates to be based within the New York Metropolitan area. We work remote but also collaborate in-office 1-2 times per week.
