At Second Nature, we’re building a state-of-the-art dialogue system that transforms how sales teams interact with prospects. We work with some of the largest companies in the world, helping them onboard new team members, master product presentations, and better understand their clients’ needs.

Our engineering team develops voice and conversational AI technologies to support this unique training platform, and we’re looking for a strong Backend Engineer to join it. Current backend engineers focus on building dialogue services with low-latency, high-resource processing of languages and audio at large scale.

• Build scalable, low-latency streaming services.
• Work closely with NLP engineers on conversation management and analysis services.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers on audio/video conversation frameworks.
• Define our long-term cloud-based backend architecture.
• Help scale our engineering team, both technically and culturally.

• 6+ years programming experience.
• 2+ years experience with Python.
• Experience building web-scale backend services.
• Experience working in cloud environments.
• Fast pace and “get things done” attitude.
• Experience thinking, planning, and executing autonomously and as part of a team.

• Graduate of a leading academic institute in CS or equivalent.
• Graduate of a technological IDF unit.

• Experience in voice streaming and analysis.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
