We’re looking for a top-tier Senior Full Stack Developer who’s passionate about building world-class user experiences and loves working at the intersection of beautiful frontends and powerful backends. At Second Nature AI, we’re building a cutting-edge, AI-powered conversation platform that lives in the browser — real-time audio, WebSockets, and all. You’ll play a key role in bringing that vision to life, collaborating with talented product and design teams to deliver intuitive, high-performance features that feel like magic to our users.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and maintain sophisticated web applications using React with performance, responsiveness, and UX excellence in mind
Own and contribute to backend services, APIs, and infrastructure — Python and Django are a strong bonus
Solve tricky bugs, tackle performance bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements across the stack
Work closely with product managers and designers to turn complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly solutions
Ensure top-notch speed, scalability, and accessibility across the app
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentor team members with your experience and insight
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on development experience, with deep expertise in React and modern frontend architecture
Solid backend development background — Python experience required; Django a plus
Comfortable with testing frameworks, CI/CD practices, and code quality tools
Strong product and UX intuition, with a passion for crafting smooth, delightful interfaces
Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams
Bonus Points
Experience with additional frontend frameworks or advanced patterns
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Docker, or Kubernetes
Passion for mentoring and helping others grow
