This new feature allows you to practice a realistic conversation with multiple stakeholders at once.
Our AI assistant was launched in Q2 to generate training role plays from voice commands. Now you can upload a file and leave it to the Assistant to automatically generate a complete role play, skipping the chat step and accelerating to a ready-made role play in minutes. The Assistant now also chooses from a range of voices and automatically selects an image for the new avatar
Our Reporting API now supports JSON and CSV as well as .xlsx. You can generate and download exportable reports automatically, and integrations and data workflows are now more flexible for engineering and analytics teams. You can read more about it here.
Trainees can now use Second Nature in Practice Mode, which means no scores, no pressure, just real-time feedback and in-conversation hints. Trainees love the opportunity to develop skills without affecting certification data. Use it to build confidence in onboarding, ramping, and complex product training.
