Account Executive

About the role

If you are an experienced sales professional, that is excited about sales, AI and connecting with sales leaders at global companies, then this opportunity is right for you. Our next Account Executive sales hire will be an early member of our growing sales team.

Responsibilities
On a day-to-day working as part of our growing sales team looks like this:

  • Managing the sales process from lead to customer.
  • Building your pipe both by proactively prospecting, as well as working with an SDR team.
  • Building your credibility with sales leaders and get them excited about the use of AI for better sales productivity.
  • Uncovering the needs of organizations with hundreds (or thousands) of sales people and map them to the solution effectively.
  • Running your own demos (intuitive tool for sales teams)
  • Effectively running an enterprise sales process and bring it to a close – multiple stakeholders (influencers & decision makers) and departments (procurement, legal, security).
  • Effectively building relationships with key decision makers and grow accounts over time.
  • Much of the work will be at US hours. We’re results focused, and that’s what it takes.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in sales positions for B2B SaaS companies.

Your toolkit should ideally include all this great stuff:

  • Proven track record of exceeding/meeting quotas year over year.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills. Be great in writing and over zoom.
  • Native or excellent English – a must!
  • Understanding of the SaaS sales pipeline – how to drive business from stage to stage.
  • Experience working for organizations/start-ups, in aggressive growth mode.
  • Experience in selling sales tech – advantage.

Sales Development Rep

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales development professional. You will own the creation of the sales development playbook and will be a crucial part of our go to market strategy. You will be performing outbound calls/ emails/ social connections and following up on inbound leads, with the key goal of booking qualified meetings. For the right candidate there is a potential to transition into a team lead position in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the CEO and marketing to build the sales development playbook (messaging, sequences, cadence, tools, etc.)
  • Outbound outreach to prospects in target market and booking introduction calls
  • Follow up with inbound leads rapidly to assess intent and book meetings where relevant
  • Master and deliver the Second Nature value proposition and points of differentiation points
  • Accurately log, track, and maintain records using Salesforce/ Hubspot
  • Establish, develop, and grow new business relationships with influential contacts
  • Focus on understanding target organizations’ business drivers, challenges, pain points

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Sales Development role(s) in SaaS
  • Experience in selling sales tools – major advantage
  • Drive to succeed and a proven ability to be resilient and overcome challenges
  • Tons of energy, passion, excitement, and enthusiasm
  • Willingness to work US East coast hours 9am – 5pm ET
  • Mother tongue English

Conversational AI Specialist

An opportunity to get into Artificial Intelligence, in a hot startup, for people without tech experience.

About the role

This entry level position is a great opportunity to be part of the creative effort of building a startup from the ground up, leveraging your writing and learning skills in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conversation Design
    You will be creating scripts and turning them into AI simulations using tools you’ll learn on the job. No coding experience needed!
  • Data Analysis
    You will analyze and tag recorded conversations and identify unique language and voice patterns; you will work closely with our technology team to improve the product and the conversation design according to the data you’ve collected.
  • Customer Success
    You will work closely with our enterprise customers to identify their needs and set them up with great experiences.

Requirements

Must have:

  • BA or equivalent experience
  • Native English speaker with excellent writing skills
  • Strong technical acumen and structured thinking
