Second Nature is a browser-based SaaS platform, which requires the ability to interact with the user over audio, and to stream audio and video in low latency. 

 The system requires the following spec: 

• A network connection with minimum 10Mb/s upload and download speeds. 

• A desktop or laptop running Windows or OSX from the past two years. A limited set of Android and iPad tablets are also supported. Notice that we do not support iPhone or Android phone. 

• A Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser from the past two years. 

• Allow HTTPS traffic (port 443) to https://app.secondnature.ai/, with the ability to upgrade the connection to a WebSocket. This is usually the default, unless a security layer prevents WebSockets traffic. You can test WebSockets connectivity using the following link: https://websocketstest.com/ 

• Allow access to the host’s microphone via the browser. This is usually the default, unless a security layer prevents microphone access. You can test microphone access using the following link: https://www.onlinemictest.com/
