We’re looking for a part time Manual QA Engineer to join our QA team. Second Nature is an AI-powered sales training software that provides virtual sales coaching to help sales teams improve their skills through personalized and realistic roleplaying conversations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, write and execute E2E test plans.
• Collect and respond to bugs coming from different departments and customers
• Analyze logs information to reproduce bugs
• Work closely with R&D, Sales, CS and Product teams
• Handle complex workflows under tight deadlines
• Give product feedback
• Work with task management and design platforms

Skills:

• Hands on manual QA
• Provide Product feedback and user experience
• Prepare E2E testing plans
• Product orientation
• Work closely with R&D, Customer Success, Sales and Product team

Requirements:

• Fluent English (read, write & speak) – Must
• 0.5-1 years left of a bachelor’s agree in technological/mathematical field
• Organized, methodical, and able to handle metronomic work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read logs and identify critical information
• High motivation, self-learning & self-management ability
• Enthusiastic about new technologies

Our office is located in Tel Aviv. This is a part time position.
